Order process

  • Order Methods
    • We offer two methods to submit orders via our website.
    1. General method.Use “add to cart” button to add what you want to order, after you finish order, Submission by using"to settle immediately" button and fill your contact information.
    2. You can also order directly by sending us e-mails.
  • Order Status

    • Orders have different status to indicate the different stages in order process.
    Pending: Order is ready to submit but not submitted.

    Submitted: Order is submitted and becomes effective.
    Paid: Order is paid.
    Shipping: Order items are shipping.
    Completed: Order has been completed successfully.
    Canceled: Order is canceled.
    Exception: Order encounters exception during process. Details of the exception is in status description.
    You may view details of your orders in your member center.

  • Status Description
    • You may find specific description for some order status in "Status Description", such as shipping info.
  • Order Search
    • You may search your orders by the order search function on the left of the page. Input the order ID and click "Go" button to search the order.
  • Order Management
    • You may manage your orders in "Order > Order Management" page, including viewing details of the order, searching order by order ID or order status, submitting pending or canceled orders, and canceling unpaid and undelivered orders.

    • Shipping charge is NOT included in the product price in our website. You need to pay the shipping charge separately. For different shipping methods you choose, the shipping charge may be different.

    We recommend that you use the insurance service of the express company. If any product is lost or damaged during delivery, you may get corresponding compensation.

    • Availalbe in most areas in the world. Inland shipping takes about 1-3 days,different countries takes different time,cheaper for lighter goods.
  • Inland Express Companies
    • Availalbe in most areas in China. The shipping takes about 1-3 days. The shipping charge is paid on delivery by default. If you don't want to paid by the default method, please notify us in the Remarks of your order, and pay the shipping charge together with the order payment.
  • DHL
    • Usually availalbe for international shipping only.
  • FedEx
    • Usually availalbe for international shipping only.
  • UPS
    • Usually availalbe for international shipping only.
  • China Post Parcel
    • The shipping in China Mainland takes about 3-15 days.
  • Inland Freight
    • Availalbe in most areas in China. It takes about 1-3 days to deliver the goods to the destination city. You need to pick up the goods at the specified location. The shipping charge is paid on delivery by default. If you don't want to paid by the default method, please notify us in the Remarks of your order, and pay the shipping charge together with the order payment.
